The Fettle guarantee

We make Fettle because it works. If it doesn't work for your dog, we don't want your money.

Give any Fettle supplement a fair go for up to 30 days from delivery. If you're not happy with the results, email us at support@fettlepets.com within those 30 days with your order number and we'll refund the product price, even if the pouch is open.

• One guarantee refund per product, per customer.
• We refund to your original payment method within 5 working days of approving your request.
• Delivery charges aren't refunded under the guarantee.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including delivery. You won't need to pay to send anything back.

Changed your mind?

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is unopened and sealed. Email us to let us know, then return it to the address below. Return postage is paid by you. We'll refund the product price and standard delivery within 14 days of receiving it back.

Subscriptions

You can pause, skip or cancel a subscription any time from your account before your next order is processed. Orders that have already been processed are covered by the guarantee and returns terms above.

Merchandise and event tickets

Merchandise (like our tote bag) can be returned unused within 30 days of delivery. Event and webinar tickets can be refunded up to 48 hours before the event starts.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
